Have you put off getting married? Maybe you’re trying to find the right date for everyone you want to involve? Or you’re searching for inexpensive elopement packages because you don’t have much money to spend? Or do you have cold feet? Ha! I can’t help you with that last one.

First Problem: Schedules!

What I can tell you about getting married is that the only people you need to worry about scheduling is the two of you! If you’d like to plan a day to get married, imagine having all the focus be on only the two of you! Yes, it can be that easy.

When timing is right, on down the road, you can have a small party or huge reception for all your family and friends. Having just gotten married myself, I can tell you that the party is what requires some funds.

Second Problem: Money

If you’re thinking you’ll need a substantial budget to elope in northern New Mexico, think again! Be sure to click on the Packages-At-a-Glance button for an easy comparison chart of the options.

How Affordable are Elopement Packages in New Mexico?

The absolute costs for eloping are easy to navigate. $25 covers the marriage license, which you can get from any County Clerk in the state of New Mexico for a New Mexico elopement or wedding. The base price for my services is $350. This low price includes the garden rental with a mountain view for your elopement. It covers the cost of officiating and you’ll be able to choose whether you have a spiritual, interfaith or secular ceremony that is about 15 minutes. And additionally, you’ll have up to an hour on-site for a me to take as many pictures on your device as you care to pose for.

From this starting point, you can make your northern New Mexico affordable elopement whatever you would like. You will have to get yourself to Taos, so there is transportation. If you’re on a tight budget you can have a celebratory meal at any number of solid restaurants nearby. Or, book a reservation at one of the many higher end dining options in Taos. Grab yourself a grocery store bouquet or book a beautiful custom bouquet from one of our florists. Come in jeans or your best dress. Spend the day on a beautiful local hike, or book an adventure such as rafting, ballooning or mountain biking.
