Elopement Wedding Packages Are The New Normal

The trend continues towards elopement. It is certainly exacerbated by Covid-19. Eloping makes so many planning challenges evaporate! Embracing Ceremony started offering elopement wedding packages a few years ago and now it has become quite commonplace. So many people have taken this approach that it is standard practice. By separating the ceremony from the celebration you can focus on each aspect individually. Make the ceremony memorable and for the two of you. Then plan a post-Covid-19 party with your friends and family.

As a wedding officiant in New Mexico, I’m happy to be your resource as you start the planning for your destination elopement. Take a look at my website to start gathering information. Or, call me to get started!

Elopement Wedding Packages

At Embracing Ceremony, we use the term “elopement” loosely. You can certainly make it just for the two of you. But if you have parents, siblings or a few close friends you’d like to include, that is fine. I call those “intimate ceremonies or micro weddings.”

As more and more couples pursue an elopement—especially a destination elopement—the desire for destination elopement packages in Taos has skyrocketed. We have some great options on our Intimate Wedding Packages Page or if you’re thinking of a true elopement, check out our Elopement Package Page.

Embracing Ceremony can also take care of a few more details for you to make the occasion even more memorable. We want your wedding day to have special and happy memories. We have professional photographers standing by to spend an hour with you and capture about 100 images. These will range from formal posed to informal and candid shots as well as images taken throughout your ceremony. Our photographers are always happy to have your input ahead of time so they know the style you’re going to most appreciate in your photographs.

While we’re signing your marriage license, what better way to celebrate the occasion than with a bottle of New Mexican champagne! You’re always welcome to take the bottle with you for when you’ve settled in for the evening.

And flowers! You’ve got to have some flowers for your wedding! We’ll provide you with a colorful garden bouquet and a boutonnière. We can flex that if you’re a same-sex couple wanting another configuration.
