Planning Help from the Experts

The Northern New Mexico Wedding Expo – 2012 would be an excellent resource for anyone planning a wedding in 2012 or beyond. As a Taos, New Mexico wedding officiant I’ll be attending in order to network with the many vendors who will be in attendance. The event is being presented by The Wedding Guide of New Mexico and will be held at the Buffalo Thunder Resort on February 26, 2012 from Noon to 5pm. Buffalo Thunder is 15 minutes north of Santa Fe on Highway 285. While you’re there you might keep it in mind as the location for your wedding. For more details on this comprehensive event for wedding planning check out the Expo’s website at http://www.eventbrite.com/event/2296061582.

This is an opportunity to meet and talk with vendors representing the entire scope of things you’ll need for your wedding such as venues, gowns, floral and catering. It’s a great opportunity, under one roof, at one time, to study all the many options you have to consider. Good luck with your planning. Start early and anticipate unexpected last minute details!

Whatever your stage of planning, don’t neglect booking your wedding officiant! Popular dates and times fill up quickly for marriage celebrants. I am based in Taos in northern New Mexico but routinely travel to Denver and through much of Colorado to officiate as a wedding celebrant.

If you’re in the Denver area, consider attending the Rocky Mountain Bridal Show, http://rockymtnbridalshow.com on April 22, 11am-4pm, at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.
